These terms cover use of the Nyros website. Paid work is governed by the written scope, fees and terms agreed for that engagement.

Information on this website and any free Growth Review or SaaS audit is provided for general informational purposes. It is not legal, financial, security or business advice, and it does not guarantee a particular outcome.
Engagements
Marketing, development and automation services begin only after both parties agree in writing to a scope of work. The written agreement will define deliverables, fees, timing, responsibilities and any third-party costs.
Third-party platforms
Some work may involve advertising platforms, software providers, AI providers, CRMs or other third parties. Their services, policies, availability and costs are outside Nyros’s control unless a written agreement says otherwise.
Intellectual property
Ownership, licences and access to deliverables are defined in the applicable client agreement. You remain responsible for ensuring that materials and instructions you provide can lawfully be used in the engagement.
